CTMA Group, Hong Kong, formerly known as Cheung Tai Trading Company, was founded by Mr. Peter Ng in May 1964. The company’s main business activity was exporting textile to Asia, Middle East, Europe, USA and other parts of the world. Since 1973, CTMA Group, Hong Kong has established factory facilities to manufacture textile products. In 1984, CTMA Group, Hong Kong began to invest in the local real estate market mainly focusing in property development, selling and leasing.
Our company developed and own properties in Mong Kok, a popular shopping precinct where the company head quarter- the CTMA Centre is situated. Our commercial/residential properties developed and owned by CTMA Group, Hong Kong are No.50 Shan Tung Street, No. 45 Dundas Street and Kowloon Tong Gia Lam Bin Road.
In 1987, CTMA Australia was incorporated in Sydney, Australia to capture the fast-growing Australian property market. Within right years, our company has developed more than 25 medium density residential projects around Burwood, Chatswood and Strathfield area.
In December 2006, we formally changed our name to CTMA Holdings Limited. Subsequently in January of the following year, CTMA Company Limited with the main focus in property development . In May 2008, CTMA Guangzhou was established to increase our capital investment and development in Guangzhou.
